14 days for a full refund 21 days for an exchange.
All items must be returned to the warehouse address return postage costs must be covered by the customer. All items must be unworn and unwashed and in original packaging and condition with labels still attached.
Refunds will be processed once we receive unworn goods back. We will carry out necessary quality checks to insure they are unworn or washed. If they meet the standard your refund will be processed and should arrive in your bank account within 10 days. Please email us to inform us that you are returning or wish to exchange. Parcels won’t be accepted back without communication.
For exchange of items please return items to the warehouse address we will carry out necessary quality checks to insure they are unworn or washed. If they meet the standard, we can then send you out our exchange in size or other items at the same value. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss what you need to exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5- 10 Woking days after items are received and quality check is complete.
